IMM revision for Listserv

Background

Dr. Joe Joyce had appointed a sub-committee to investigate whether or not moderating the IFAS-Announce-L list was either needed or desireable. After investigating practices at other colleges, it was decided that moderation was appropriate. Consequently, an extra paragraph was added to the existing IMM on e-mail, 6C1-6.150-4, to address that issue.

Recommendation

Though a vote was not held, the ITPAC supported the IMM ammendment.
