Standardize IFAS on a "gatorlink@ufl.edu" E-mail Address Format by July 2005

Policy
IFAS should standardize all e-mail user accounts to the "GatorLink@ufl.edu" format with a goal of completion by July 2005. The implementation will require that all Gatorlink e-mail addresses be forwarded to their respective Exchange mailboxes. This will allow for shorter e-mail addresses that can be automatically generated and will alleviate the problems inherent in maintaining two separate namespaces for e-mail addresses.
