Procedures and Personnel: Until the end of October, processing was conducted using 1 FTE coordinator, 1 FTE Senior Computer Programmer/Analyst, and 1 FTE assistant (OPS). The coordinator and programmer had other duties associated with their positions. The OPS assistant was full-time on matters relating to EDIS processing. In October the programmer left the University and the OPS assistant took on many of her processing responsibilities. A 0.5 FTE assistant has been hired. This year has seen the advent of the new EDIS Web Site and a new processing procedure to display documents in a more familiar html format. This format is being instituted in the Review Site as well.
