The OIT Customer Relations area provides an interface between IT and its diverse base of clients and stakeholders. This teams provides training materials and classes, telephone and web-based technical support through the Help Desk. This area also manages the services provided by the District Support Specialists.

OIT Server Systems provides all management, maintenance and operation of back-end software services such as web, database, calendar, and other system wide applications used throughout the Institute. Other areas include system security and Active Directory authentication.
